DI Grooved Coupling Details
A rigid pipe connection needs more than a coupling that simply fits over the pipe. The groove, body strength, gasket seating, and fastening arrangement all have to work together. Our DI Grooved Coupling is developed for rigid grooved connections and is available from 1/2" to 22" sizes. We manufacture these couplings in Ahmedabad for structure pipe applications where a firm and properly aligned connection is required.
Built for Larger Pipe Sizes
One useful part of our DI Grooved Coupling range is the size coverage. From smaller 1/2" connections up to 22", the range supports different piping requirements without changing the basic joining method. We offer the coupling in SGI and DI material, with a round body and grooved end connection.
The coupling is designed as a rigid type, making it suitable where the connected pipes need to remain firmly positioned. The red powder-coated finish also gives the coupling a clear industrial appearance and added surface protection.

Gasket and Pressure Options
Different piping conditions can call for different sealing materials. We provide EPDM, VITON, and SILICON gasket options with the coupling. Pressure ratings are available in 300 PSI, 600 PSI, and 1200 PSI configurations. The gasket and pressure rating should be selected according to the actual line conditions rather than only the pipe size.
