When the mating side of a camlock connection needs a male threaded arrangement, the coupling specification has to be clear from the beginning. Type B Arrangement with Male Thread
The Type B configuration is suitable where the camlock side needs to connect with a compatible male threaded arrangement. The coupling is made from stainless steel and has an NBR seal for the specified sealing requirement. BSPT is provided as the thread standard, so the mating component should have a matching thread specification before installation.
